あの日、僕は気がついた。
体が先に感じてるって。

考えるよりも先に、
体が何かを感じたことってある？
どこかがむずむずしたり、
胸の奥が少し重くなったり。
それはね、
言葉になる前に、
体が出してくれる小さなサインなんだ。
僕はね、
風を感じるのが好きなんだ。
でもそれは外の風だけじゃない。
体の中にも、
ひそかに吹いている風がある。
その風が、
環境の変化や心のざわめきを
いちばん先に教えてくれるんだ。
心よりも前に動く体。
思考よりも先に届く感覚。
それを無視してしまうと、
小さな“次への扉”を見落としてしまう。
だから僕は、
